Itinerary
We will wait at the International Airport Jorge Chavez in Lima and be transferred to your hotel. You will spend the night here.

In the morning, after breakfast, your Tour Conductor picks you up from your hotel to take you to the pickup 4×4 in order to head to the southern city of Paracas, the transfer last an average of 4-5 hours (265km). When you reach the coastal town of Paracas, we will take our boat to visit the Ballestas Islands; where we will observe different varieties of marine species, seals, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, among other species. After the visit, we will go on the pickup 4×4 with our Tour Conductor to the city of Nazca, where, we spend the night.
After breakfast, your guide meet you at the hotel to take you to the heliport and observe the famous Nazca Lines. We will take a plane and overfly the Nazca Lines. Between the lines we will observe: the monkey, the spider, the condor, the hummingbird, a whale, dog and many more. We overfly the lines for a period of 40 minutes. After we completed this spectacular course, we can go to lunch and then return to the city of Lima to rest in our Hotel. The return will be in company with your TC in the pickup 4×4.
After breakfast, our transfer will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Jorge Chavez International Airport. Once you are there, we will take the flight Lima to Cusco. When we arrive, we will welcome to the Imperial City of Cusco with a warm coca tea, a medical plant from the Andes that helps with the Soroche (altitude sickness) and we will transfer to your hotel. After a rest and a light lunch, we will begin our City Tour Cusco. We will visit six impressive places; 2 of them in the city itself: the Cathedral and Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the other 4, surrounding the city of Cusco; these are the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Qüenco, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. By observing these wonders, you run out of breath!
At the end of this long day, we have a rest; therefore, we will transfer you to your hotel to rest peacefully.
In the morning, after taking a revitalizing breakfast, your guide will pick you up at your hotel to start your tour to Sacred Valley. There, you can see the beautiful landscape with corn and potatoes and a whole variety of colors ranging from green mountains to deep red in their clay. Also, you will visit the Pisac Market with handicrafts and traditional Fair. Subsequently, we are passing through the capital of this valley, Urubamba; where we can do some shopping. Then we drive to Ollantaytambo. A beautiful city with huge terraces and a unique charm that only this city can offer.
On the way back to Cusco, we stop at the village of Chinchero, famous for textiles and owns the chapel. Hence, we can do some shopping before returning to Cusco. Finally, we’ll leave it at your hotel to take a rest.
Today, you will walk in his briefing offices Wayki Trek. After that, we will start one of the most memorable experiences you can live in your trip to Cusco: the Wayki Experience.
The Wayki Experience, is an experiential tour that allows our clients to meet and live day to day in the community of porters. You will learn their habits and have the opportunity to work with them in their daily work. Also, you will share with them a typical local food and spend the night under the starry sky of the Peruvian highlands. The next day we leave to our walk.
After breakfast, we leave the hotel in Cusco, together with the tour guide on a private van towards the start point of our trekking on Km 82, Piscacucho. On arrival will go through the control point of the Inca trail and then proceed with the trekking. We will start at 2400 m.a.s.l. and will ascend slowly toward the archeological ruins called Llactapata (2650 m.a.s.l.) where we will get after 2 hours of trekking time. Here, we will explore the ruins and have lunch at its base afterwards. Later, we will continue our route to the semitropical valley of Wayllabamba and 2 hours after we will arrive to the archeological site of Wayllabamba; we will explore the site as well and set our first campsite around the area. Dinner will be served and will spend the night there.

- Low Altitude: 2600 m. / 8228 Ft.
- High Altitude: 3000 m. / 9842 Ft.
- Campsite Altitude: 3000 m. / 9843 Ft.
We will start our day with a good breakfast. This is the most difficult day of the trail, but no impossible!. We will walk towards the highest point of the Inca Trail: Warmiwañuska Pass. On the way there, we will witness different microclimates. After 3 hours walking approx. Warmiwañuska Pass also known as “The Dead Woman Pass” (4215 m.a.s.l.), will be at hands reach. Once there we will have an amazing view of the Vilcanota and Vilcabamba Mountain Chain. If we are lucky, we might even see the condors flying up in the sky. After a few moments here, we will descend through a winding valley till we reach the area where we will have lunch. After lunch, we will proceed ascending again till the Pacaymayu Gorge where we will set our camping, have dinner and rest for the night.

- High Altitude: 4215 m. / 13828 Ft. (First Pass – Warmiwañusca)
- Campsite Altitude: 3000 m. / 9843 Ft.
This day is one of the longest, but beautiful at the same time. The presence of small Inca ruins along the way makes it worth it. We will ascend through a steep trail and will reach the second Pass where the impressive archeological rests of Runkuracay (3800 m.a.s.l). Afterwards, we will descend till we get to Sayaqmarca (3600 m.a.s.l) known as “The Dominant Town”. Here we will also see very interesting Inca ruins. We will continue through the valley where we will make a stop for lunch. We will continue ascending going through Conchamarca, which is a small archeological site that was recently discovered. After this, we will reach the first tunnel along the way and later we will get to the last Pass on the Inca Trail, from where we will see the town of Phuyupatamarca, “Town above the clouds” (3665 m.a.s.l) without doubt one of the most original towns on the whole Inca Trail. Afterwards, we will descend using around 2000 stone steps till we reach Wiñaywayna Citadel “Forever Young” (2700 m.a.s.l.). to end this day, we will continue to our last campsite to have dinner, relax and rest for the night.

We will get up very early and have breakfast. This day we will walk around 6 Km distance, or 3 hours approx. to the next stop. Along the route, we will be able to see a great variety of flora and fauna typical from the area. Afterwards, we will arrive to Inti Punku “Sun Gate” (2490 m.a.s.l). It is an excellent opportunity to take panoramic pictures of the Machu Picchu Citadel (2430 m.a.s.l) as it is visible from this point. “The lost Inca City”, without a doubt one of the most important urban constructions of the Inca Empire Era.
Once in Machu Picchu Citadel, we will have a guided tour of 2 hours approx. with a bit of free time to explore. Afterwards, we will catch the bus in direction to the town of Aguas Calientes (2040 m.a.s.l). In this town, you will be able to have some time to grab lunch and later that afternoon we will take the train to return to Cusco through Peru Rail – Expedition*
Upon arrival to Cusco, our transfer will be waiting at the train station to take you on our private van to your hotel. End of our adventure!
