With that philosophy, Wayki Trek works the pillars of their welfare programs to the remote communities in Cusco. With this initiative and our communication range, we can achieve the goals that our social projects have in order to help the communities of Cusco. One of the goals that Wayki Trek has as a company is to implement social and economic development of our Andean communities. In Wayki Trek, 100% of our operational staff comes from a remote community from the city. We are aware of the problems and needs of these communities; for that reason, we intend to be agents of change and to help solve these problems. Given the scope of our business internationally and the interest of many of our direct and corporate clients in order to be, like us, agents of change, we decided to develop various social projects that help to provide a better quality life in our communities. With this initiative, we want to ensure a better quality of life in regards to the health, education, social, and economic standards of living. Likewise, we can combat the loss of national identity. With the many difficulties that face our Andean communities, they look for better opportunities and thus, the migration to the city begins. This is why there is an endangered loss of the customs and identity of our people. For that reason, and everything detailed above, Wayki Trek has proposed to launch several projects to combat the social injustices and provide for the needs of our people.
