Reservations for the purchase of the electronic ticket will be available from June 25.
Like the electronic reservation system for all authorized travel agencies.
On the other hand, tours of the Inca Trail – Route 01 (KM. 82), will resume from July 15, 2021.
Opening of Inca Trail
The reactivation of tourist activity on the aforementioned Inka Trail route is the result of work carried out at the technical tables and inspection trips by the regional directorate of
foreign trade and tourism of Cusco – GERCETUR, the regional management of Health of Cusco.
GERESA, the technical secretariat of the Machupicchu Management Unit – UGM, the Tourism Police – POLTUR, the Decentralized Directorate of Culture Cusco – DDC, the head of the Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu del Sernanp, as well as private sector associations (APTAE , AATC, AOTEC and AASORCIC).
