Our porters are organized in jobs according to their experience and skills, so they carry out functions as follows:
Head of Porters: He is the one who leads the group of porters and organizes them during the expedition. Then there is the porter in charge of assembling and caring for tents upon arrival at each camp, the household porter who is in charge of having the household in optimal conditions, the one who carries the gas used for the kitchens and not least the bathroom attendant, important thing.

In their communities we work on many social projects, especially in education and health, where we have small reinforcement schools with teachers in the subjects that the children of our porters require, we implement libraries, even school buildings.
ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES.
In addition to tourism trips, they have as another economic activity that is agriculture and animal husbandry, in fact these activities are carried out in small portions more for the maintenance or survival, Wayki Trek participates with training projects for the best development of such activities.
