  • 24/7 Satellite Phones
    Each group is equipped with a satellite phone throughout the trek, allowing instant communication with our main offices or personal emergency contacts if needed.
  • Long-Range Radios
    Our equipment has a reach of up to 10 km with 8 independent frequencies, enabling seamless coordination among guides, cooks, and porters, as well as direct contact with Inca Trail and Machu Picchu park rangers for immediate response in any situation.

Complete First Aid Kit

Our guides carry a comprehensive kit stocked with essential medical supplies, including:
Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, bandages, iodine, burn creams, surgical gloves, painkillers, antihistamines, rehydration salts, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, splints, and immobilizers.
Important: Our guides are not authorized to administer or prescribe medication. We recommend travelers bring their own doctor-prescribed medications.

Remote Medical Assistance

In the event of an emergency, our guides have the support of a mountain medicine specialist, available via satellite for immediate and professional assistance.

Emergency Protocols: Prepared and Effective

We have specific action plans for a variety of scenarios, which are activated immediately according to the situation:
