As of the latest regulation by Peru’s Ministry of Culture (May 23, 2025), travelers must hold two separate permits:

• Entry permit for the Inca Trail
• Entry permit for Machu Picchu (maximum 4,600 people per day)

Step 1 – Required Information

• Full name (please send a clear passport photo)
• Passport number and expiration date
• Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)

• Occupation (If you’re a student, send a valid ID at the time of booking)

Step 2 – Deposit to confirm your reservation

To confirm your permits:

• Pay a 50% deposit or the full amount in advance
• The remaining balance can be paid up to 15 days before the trek or in cash at our office in Cusco during the briefing

Day 0: Briefing and Wayki Experience (optional).

One day before the start of the hike, your Inca Trail begins with a Preparation Session with your expert guide to answer questions and ensure logistics. This ensures your peace of mind.

Optionally, choose the “Wayki Experience”: a genuine cultural exchange with the porter community. Meet the team that will take care of you and enrich your journey from the heart of the Andes.

Day 1: Salapunku to Llactapata – The First Footstep Together.

The sacred journey begins with steps that unite

Your Inca Trail pilgrimage begins at the iconic Km 82. Walking alongside the Vilcanota River, you’ll discover the archaeological sites of Salapunku, Qoriwayrachina, and Llactapata.

As the Andean mountains embrace you, your shared rhythm will take shape. This is a day to breathe deeply, walk slowly, and open yourselves to the energy of the journey.

Under a star-strewn sky, your first night camping is a quiet celebration, where love, stillness, and anticipation blend into something unforgettable.

Day 2: Llactapata to Llulluchapampa – Growing Together Through Effort.
